Responsibility
- Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service across all assigned locations.
- Monitor and improve restaurant performance through regular audits, feedback, and action plans.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing strategic initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-unit management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Bali.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
