Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth workflow during shifts.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock management to avoid shortages.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations in all areas of the outlet.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on sales, attendance, and operational metrics to management.
  • Assist in cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, events, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry (restaurants, cafes, or hotels).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations in Bali.
