Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth workflow during shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock management to avoid shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations in all areas of the outlet.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on sales, attendance, and operational metrics to management.
- Assist in cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, events, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry (restaurants, cafes, or hotels).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations in Bali.
