Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the F&B team during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
- Monitor daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold brand standards and service excellence.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and consistency.
- Prepare shift reports, track sales, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special events to drive customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee, food service operations, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
