Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Provide detailed recommendations on menu items, including daily specials and promotions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle cash and card payments efficiently, maintaining accuracy in transactions.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server or Waitstaff in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of POS systems and order-taking software is advantageous.
