Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple hospitality teams, ensuring adherence to 5-star service standards.
- Manage and optimize online team coordination for seamless guest experiences across all properties.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office) to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Leverage technology and digital tools to streamline operations, automate processes, and enhance team productivity.
- Train, mentor, and lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals to uphold luxury service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operational areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations management, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Proven track record of leading large, multi-location teams (20+ members) in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM) and digital tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience management.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
