Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure productivity, safety, and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets and maintain high standards.
- Monitor and manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and optimal resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters to senior management as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, documenting key metrics, incidents, and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within engineering, manufacturing, or operations.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using operational software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
