Responsibility
- Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in industrial machinery.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Source and manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to equipment safety.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLC systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shift-based environments as required.
