Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain production hardware setups to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize machine downtime.
- Implement and document recovery procedures for hardware failures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or maintenance as needed.
- Train and guide junior technicians on hardware troubleshooting and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all operations.
- Generate detailed reports on machine performance, downtime, and recovery actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in hardware engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with expertise in diagnosing hardware malfunctions.
- Familiarity with semiconductor testing equipment or similar industrial machinery.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and coordinate with teams.
- Ability to work in shift schedules, including nights and weekends as required.
- Certification in hardware engineering or related fields is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
