Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new customers for Sharia-compliant gold investment products through targeted outreach and networking.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits and features of our Sharia gold products, ensuring compliance with Islamic financial principles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the Sharia financial sector.
- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and Sharia financial regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in the financial services or Sharia banking sector.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales performance.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
