Responsibility
- Conduct professional and timely collection calls to customers regarding outstanding payments
- Monitor and track payment deadlines, sending friendly reminders before due dates
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through effective communication
- Document all collection activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
- Analyze customer payment patterns and suggest improvements to collection processes
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and aging accounts
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or financial services
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and payment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information
