Responsibility
- Identify, source, and originate credit opportunities with institutional clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and government entities.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and structure lending solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the institutional banking sector to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit risk, legal, and product specialists, to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present credit proposals, financial models, and business cases to senior management and credit committees.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices in all lending activities.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional banking, corporate lending, or relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record in originating and closing credit deals with institutional clients.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, credit risk assessment, and cash flow analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies, and compliance requirements in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
