Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Provide Sharia-compliant financial solutions and guidance to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on Sharia financial principles and industry trends.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
- Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Islamic finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
