Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Islamic finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
