Responsibility
- Manage and maintain effective communication channels with customers and students to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet organizational targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and administrative documentation.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer service and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, CRM, or a similar role, preferably in an international or consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to relocate or work in the specified regions of Bali.
