Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to clients visiting Western Union locations.
- Process money transfers, cash transactions, and other financial services accurately and securely.
- Verify customer identification and transaction details in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle cash and maintain balanced cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Promote Western Union products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling roles.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
