Responsibility
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for Uber riders and drivers.
- Resolve inquiries related to ridesharing services, including booking issues, payment disputes, and account management.
- Document and track customer interactions using CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on Uber’s policies, promotions, and service updates to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles (preferably in ridesharing or tech industries).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with Uber’s platform or other ridesharing services is an advantage.
