Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat in Mandarin and English.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate recurring customer concerns to improve processes and service quality.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is a must.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
- Ability to work full-time with immediate availability.
