Responsibility

  • Provide real-time support to customers via chat, voice, and email for ticketing-related inquiries.
  • Process and confirm bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ticketing systems, policies, and promotions.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system with clear, concise notes.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).

Qualifications
