Responsibility
- Provide real-time support to customers via chat, voice, and email for ticketing-related inquiries.
- Process and confirm bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ticketing systems, policies, and promotions.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system with clear, concise notes.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive customer information.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate (or equivalent).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or helpdesk software is a plus.
