Responsibility

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving logistics-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on customer pain points.
  • Support the preparation of reports and analysis on customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product and service knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
