Responsibility
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving logistics-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Identify and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on customer pain points.
- Support the preparation of reports and analysis on customer satisfaction metrics.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product and service knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
