Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate building access requests for clients and vendors.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (100+ daily) to resolve logistics-related inquiries.
- Schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Provide real-time updates to stakeholders on shipment statuses and potential delays.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver exceptional service with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a US-based call center or customer support role.
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes (100+ calls/day) efficiently.
- Stable 100Mbps fiber internet connection with backup options.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or access management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including potential US time zone shifts.
