Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate building access requests for clients and vendors.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (100+ daily) to resolve logistics-related inquiries.
  • Schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Provide real-time updates to stakeholders on shipment statuses and potential delays.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional service with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a US-based call center or customer support role.
  • Proven ability to handle high call volumes (100+ calls/day) efficiently.
  • Stable 100Mbps fiber internet connection with backup options.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
