Responsibility
- Promote and sell BFIās Sharia-compliant financing products through agency-based marketing strategies in designated Bali locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Conduct market surveys and field assessments to identify potential clients and evaluate financing opportunities.
- Educate customers on Sharia financing principles, product benefits, and compliance requirements to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with branch teams to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, Sharia financing trends, and competitive offerings to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in financial services or Sharia-compliant products.
- Strong understanding of Sharia financing principles and ethical sales practices.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Baliās market dynamics and customer preferences is a plus.
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours to meet client needs.
