Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the aesthetic and wellness sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to secure high-impact coverage.
- Create and distribute press releases, articles, and multimedia content that align with brand messaging and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze media trends and public sentiment, adjusting strategies to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate risks.
- Organize and execute events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the clinic, representing the brand at conferences, interviews, and public appearances.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns using KPIs such as media impressions, engagement rates, and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of successful media placements and crisis management in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
- Strong networking and negotiation abilities with experience working with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Proficiency in digital PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
