Responsibility

  • Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics tools) to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Spearhead channel modernization initiatives, including digital transformation of email, social, web, and mobile touchpoints for a unified omnichannel experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Data, Marketing, Sales) to integrate martech solutions with existing systems and workflows.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, customer lifetime value, cost per lead) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Stay ahead of emerging martech trends (AI, machine learning, chatbots) and evaluate new tools to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for martech tools and services.
  • Mentor and develop a team of martech specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or CRM management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in martech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
  • Experience leading omnichannel marketing strategies and cross-functional projects in a global or healthcare environment.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Salesforce, or other martech tools are highly desirable.
