This is a strategic role for a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive brand growth, forge high-value business partnerships, and accelerate revenue in the booming beauty industry.
Based in the vibrant business hub of Badung, Bali, you will lead end-to-end marketing strategies, from client acquisition to relationship management, ensuring we meet and exceed sales targets for our premium OEM/ODM cosmetics and skincare solutions. Your expertise in B2B marketing, brand positioning, and market expansion will be pivotal in scaling our operations across Indonesia and beyond.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and retention in the cosmetics and skincare manufacturing sector.
- Lead brand positioning and market differentiation for PT. Neo Kosmetika Indonesia’s OEM/ODM services.
- Identify and pursue high-potential business partnerships with distributors, retailers, and beauty brands.
- Oversee sales forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking to ensure revenue growth.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align product offerings with market trends and client demands.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, and industry events.
- Negotiate and close B2B contracts while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Analyze competitor activity and market insights to refine pricing, promotions, and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of OEM/ODM business models and the beauty industry supply chain.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Badung, Canggu, Ubud, etc.).
