Responsibility

  • Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies across paid social, search, display, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and internal dashboards to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad assets and messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocating spend to top-performing channels and scaling successful campaigns.
  • Report on KPIs and present performance updates to stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale digital ad campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other demand-generation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with attribution modeling, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
