Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including events, promotions, and experiential campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize Facebook cluster pages, ensuring consistent branding, high-quality content, and active community interaction.
- Conduct field selling and customer outreach to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital and offline marketing strategies tailored to the Bali market.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including social media posts, flyers, and promotional content.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or sales, preferably in a dynamic or field-based role.
- Strong understanding of social media management, particularly Facebook, and content creation best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing activities independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with BTL marketing techniques, including events, promotions, and direct customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as needed for field activities.
