Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companyâs client portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and present strategic reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively to ensure retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while aligning with company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
- Track and report on KPIs, sales metrics, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in account management, sales, or business development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with high-level stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
