Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and staff to ensure high-performance and cohesive execution of all promotional events.
- Develop comprehensive event strategies, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to meet brand objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align event themes, messaging, and branding with overall campaign goals.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and on-site coordination for venues, catering, AV, and other event services.
- Monitor event performance through data analysis and feedback collection, providing actionable insights to refine future initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies for all events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners, during event planning and execution.
- Innovate and propose new event concepts and formats to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing promotional or corporate events from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in budgeting, project management tools, and event software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to travel across Bali and work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
