Responsibility
- Develop and execute Sharia-compliant credit marketing strategies to promote BFI Syariah automotive financing products in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, showrooms, and automotive industry stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for dealers to ensure a deep understanding of BFI Syariah offerings.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline credit approval processes and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all marketing activities and product offerings adhere to Sharia finance principles and company policies.
- Track and report on sales performance, dealer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand BFIās market reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; knowledge of Sharia finance is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive credit marketing, sales, or dealer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of Islamic banking and finance principles (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with dealers and clients.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with Baliās automotive market and dealer networks is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data analysis.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
