You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing the Salesmen’s Daily Transaction Summary (DTS), verifying supporting documents, and providing supplemental reports that drive informed management decisions. Responsibility
- Validate and reconcile Salesmen’s Daily Transaction Summary (DTS) against physical documentation.
- Conduct thorough audits of sales entries to ensure adherence to company financial policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely supplemental financial reports for management review.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in transaction records in a timely manner.
- Maintain systematic and organized filing systems for all settlement-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics departments to clarify transaction queries.
- Assist in the improvement of settlement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, auditing, or settlement analysis is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical ability and high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and integrity in handling financial data.
