Responsibility
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and HR Case Management.
- Develop and optimize workflows, forms, and reports to enhance HR process efficiency.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on HRSD.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, and UI Policies).
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules and integrations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and HR workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
