Responsibility
- Oversee and manage wireless telecom projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineering, installation, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and performance metrics.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless telecommunications, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing wireless infrastructure projects, including installation, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of wireless technologies such as 4G, 5G, microwave, and fiber optics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or telecommunications are a plus.
