Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Monitor and optimize cloud systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, processes, and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and tools to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on cloud-related initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role, with a strong background in cloud computing.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including certification(s) in one or more of these platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and storage solutions in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
