Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT service transitions, from planning to post-migration validation, ensuring adherence to SLAs and business continuity.
- Develop and execute transition roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and change management plans for complex enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, vendors, internal teams) to define transition scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Optimize service management processes using ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee knowledge transfer and training programs to ensure smooth handover to operations teams.
- Monitor transition performance using KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in transition workflows, leveraging automation and process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field; Master’s or ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in IT service transition, project management, or service management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT transitions (e.g., cloud migrations, ERP implementations, outsourcing projects).
- Expertise in ITIL, Agile, or DevOps frameworks and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and business priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot transition risks and dependencies.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements or team collaborations.
