Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end IT service transitions, from planning to post-migration validation, ensuring adherence to SLAs and business continuity.
  • Develop and execute transition roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and change management plans for complex enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, vendors, internal teams) to define transition scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Optimize service management processes using ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee knowledge transfer and training programs to ensure smooth handover to operations teams.
  • Monitor transition performance using KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in transition workflows, leveraging automation and process improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field; Master’s or ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT service transition, project management, or service management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale IT transitions (e.g., cloud migrations, ERP implementations, outsourcing projects).
  • Expertise in ITIL, Agile, or DevOps frameworks and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and business priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot transition risks and dependencies.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements or team collaborations.
