Responsibility
- Administer, maintain, and optimize our HRIS platform (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM) to ensure system integrity and data accuracy
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new HRIS modules, features, and integrations that support business needs
- Develop and generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors for resolution, and provide end-user support for HRIS-related queries
- Design and deliver HRIS training programs for HR staff and employees to maximize system adoption and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, PDPA) and maintain data security standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend HR technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure minimal disruption to HR operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, or HR data analytics
- Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR reporting tools and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of HR processes including payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee data management
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and HR data security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills in English with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
