Responsibility
- Install and commission industrial and semiconductor pumps according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and overhauls to ensure optimal pump performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in pump systems, implementing effective solutions.
- Provide comprehensive training to end-users on the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of pump systems.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and logs of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to recommend improvements and upgrades to existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during service operations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, or installing industrial pumps or similar mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as mechanical seals and bearings.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within Bali and occasionally beyond.
- Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards and cleanroom protocols is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
