Responsibility
- Design and optimize PV and BESS systems tailored to client needs, ensuring technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct site assessments, energy audits, and load profiling to identify optimal system configurations.
- Develop technical proposals, financial models, and ROI analyses to support sales and client decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure seamless project execution from planning to commissioning.
- Provide expert technical support to sales teams during client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and policy changes in renewable energy and energy storage.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders on system operation and maintenance.
- Monitor project performance post-installation and recommend optimizations for efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PV system design, BESS integration, or renewable energy project development.
- Proven track record in technical sales or client-facing engineering roles within the energy sector.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., PVsyst, HOMER, MATLAB/Simulink) and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, grid interconnection standards, and local energy regulations in Indonesia/Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to travel occasionally for site visits, client meetings, and industry events.
- Certifications in renewable energy (e.g., NABCEP, PV GreenCard) are highly advantageous.
