Responsibility
- Design and develop water infrastructure systems, including pipelines, treatment plants, and drainage networks, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and sustainability.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee construction activities, including quality control, safety inspections, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Implement sustainable engineering practices to minimize environmental impact and maximize resource efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and regulations in civil engineering and water management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution; licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water infrastructure design and project management, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of local and international engineering codes (e.g., SNI, ASTM, ISO) and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with sustainable design principles (e.g., green infrastructure, water conservation) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
