We are seeking two motivated professionals to fill the following roles:
- Civil Project Engineer (Reinforced Concrete - RC) – Focus on structural design, execution, and quality assurance for MRT tunnel segments.
- Civil Project Engineer (Ground Improvement Works / Utilities Diversion) – Lead soil stabilization, foundation treatments, and utility relocations to support tunnel alignment.

Responsibility
- Oversee and manage MRT tunnel construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Lead Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural works, including formwork, rebar installation, and concrete pouring for tunnel segments.
- Plan and execute Ground Improvement Works (GIW), such as soil stabilization, deep mixing, and jet grouting to enhance foundation integrity.
- Coordinate utilities diversion (water, gas, electrical, telecommunications) to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and compliance audits in alignment with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements, and risk assessments for project approvals.
- Monitor budget, resources, and progress, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s Degree or PE license is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, MRT/rail projects, or large-scale infrastructure, with expertise in RC, GIW, or utilities diversion.
- Proven track record in project management, including scheduling, cost control, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or BIM software for design and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of local and international construction codes (e.g., ACI, Eurocode, SNI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Familiarity with tunnel construction methodologies (e.g., TBM, cut-and-cover) is highly advantageous.
