Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement facility upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all facility operations.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on Building Management Systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in using BMS software and tools for monitoring and control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in facilities management or related fields is a plus.
