Responsibility
- Develop accurate technical drawings and plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design concepts and specifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and site conditions.
- Maintain organized documentation of all project drawings and revisions.
- Assist in the preparation of bill of materials (BOM) and other project documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support to project teams during the design and construction phases.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Draughtsperson or CAD Designer, preferably in engineering or construction.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work.
- Good communication skills to liaise with engineers, architects, and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
