Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage systems, and structural developments.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for project approval.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, including environmental and safety concerns.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
