Responsibility
- Assist the Service Manager in overseeing daily outdoor service operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate and supervise field technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance productivity.
- Monitor service schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and service-level agreements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with clients to address service inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Prepare and submit reports on service performance, equipment maintenance, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure availability of tools and equipment.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor service management, pest control, or a similar industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a field-based or operational setting.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, equipment handling, and regulatory compliance in outdoor service environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office, service management software, and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems proactively.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
