Responsibility

  • Assist the Service Manager in overseeing daily outdoor service operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
  • Coordinate and supervise field technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor service schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and service-level agreements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Liaise with clients to address service inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and submit reports on service performance, equipment maintenance, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure availability of tools and equipment.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor service management, pest control, or a similar industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a field-based or operational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, equipment handling, and regulatory compliance in outdoor service environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, service management software, and basic data analysis tools.
