Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the palm oil mill to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Monitor and optimize mill processes to maximize yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mill equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all mill operations.
- Lead training and development programs for mill staff to enhance technical skills and operational knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in palm oil mill operations or a similar process engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of palm oil processing techniques, equipment, and industry standards.
- Proven track record in process optimization, maintenance management, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations in the palm oil industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
