Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Support the Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) process, including root cause analysis and solution implementation.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify deviations and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to address quality-related issues and drive process enhancements.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance metrics and trends.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects, to optimize workflows.
- Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Support training programs to ensure team members adhere to quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAPA processes, root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram), and statistical tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
