Responsibility
- Technical Leadership: Define and execute the engineering roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Architecture & Design: Oversee the development of robust, scalable systems and ensure best practices in software and hardware engineering.
- Product Development: Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, for electronic products and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and quality control processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Budget & Resource Management: Optimize engineering resources, budgets, and timelines to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research and development initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the electronics industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record in electronics, hardware, or embedded systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of product development lifecycle, PCB design, firmware, and IoT technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, inspire, and scale engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical vision to stakeholders.
