Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automation systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, schematics, and user manuals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing automation systems to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on automation tools and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all automation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering, PLC programming, or industrial control systems.
- Proficiency in automation software (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA) and SCADA systems.
- Experience with robotics, motion control, or IoT integration is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
