Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of BMS engineers and technicians to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of Building Management Systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to define project requirements and ensure alignment with technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex BMS integration challenges.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, local regulations, and sustainability best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BMS project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and BMS software.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or BMS-specific credentials is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
