Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HVAC systems for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough site assessments, load calculations, and system simulations to optimize HVAC performance and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly into building designs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation using CAD and BIM software.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to validate performance and resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability practices in HVAC engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC system design, project management, or field engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC-specific software (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trane Trace).
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and energy efficiency protocols (e.g., LEED, Green Mark).
- Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with chillers, VRF systems, ductwork design, and control systems (BMS/DDC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
