Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and testing of medical equipment in compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of medical devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring quick resolution.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals, including training on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all performed work, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and R&D, to address client needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and participate in continuous training programs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all service activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining medical equipment (e.g., imaging systems, patient monitors, surgical devices).
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 13485, FDA, or local healthcare compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Bali region and occasionally to other locations as required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Certifications in medical equipment servicing (e.g., from OEMs like Siemens, GE, Philips) are a plus.
