Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain copiers and printers from leading brands such as Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and Xerox.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of printing devices.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in printing technology and industry best practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing service tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, preferably with copiers and printers.
- Strong technical knowledge of Konica Minolta, Lexmark, Xerox, or similar printing devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites across Bali.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting and network configurations is a plus.
